Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.5.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that Writ Court in its order dated 8.1.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 18635 of 2024 directed the respondent authorities to consider and decide the claim/representation of applicant by reasoned order, which has been decided by the opposite party vide order dated 18.7.2025, therefore, application has become infructuous. I have considered the submission of learned standing counsel for the opposite party and perused the order dated 18.7.2025. This Court is of the view that order of writ Court dated 8.1.2025 in Writ-A No. 18635 of 2024 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
