2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge (Cyber Cases), Dhanbad.
3. On 06.01.2025 at 12.00 noon, Cyber Police, Nirsa on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the house of Chhotku Ravidas at Pithakiyari, raided his house and apprehended several accused persons including this petitioner. On search, four mobile phones and sim cards were recovered from his possession.
4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. It was further submitted that co-accused Mukesh Rabidas has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. 1605 of 2025.
5. Mr. Naveen Kumar Ganjhu, learned A.P.P does not dispute the aforesaid
facts.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber cases), Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025.
