Since the learned counsel representing the appellants had died, as such, on the last date, i.e., 22.04.2025, the office was directed to issue notice to the appellants to engage another counsel but office report indicates that the notice sent to the appellants 1/1 Kailash Nath, 1/2 Ram Chandra, and 2 Dukhi has been returned with a postal endorsement stating incomplete address. 2. It is apparent that without proper address of the appellants, notice cannot be served upon them. 3. In view of this, the first appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. 4. If the appellants appear subsequently, then they are entitled to get this appeal restored, in accordance with law.
