This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority in deciding the representation dated April 7, 2025 filed by it. 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusal of the documents on record, we are of the view that the authority concerned should decide the representation of the petitioner dated April 7, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order upon the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date.
