The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint in respect of the aforesaid FIR was closed as mistake of fact on 04.02.2025. As such, the order passed by this Court on 05.05.2023 in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondent. 3.
