Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 132, 121(1), 352, 109, 115(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri S.B.Horo, learned S.D.J.M., Simdega. On 03.01.2025 at about 8:15 A.M, Jaldega Police on the basis of confidential information that some youths, who had come for picnic, were fighting near the house of Islam Mian, on the basis of this information, the informant party went to the place of occurrence. Five named accused persons and ten unknown persons started pelting stones at the informant party, due to which, one police personnel sustained simple injury. It was submitted that petitioners are in custody for more than two months. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.B.Horo, learned S.D.J.M., Simdega, in connection with Jaldega P.S.
