20.02.2026 2 cm WPA 481 of 2017 Arun Kumar Giri Vs. Union of India & Ors. Inadvertent typographical error crept in order dated 09.06.2025. In the cause title portion of the order dated 9th June, 2025 it was erroneously recorded as ‘WPA 418 of 2017’ instead of ‘WPA 481 of 2017’. Other portions of the order remain unaltered.
