Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sudhir Mehrotra, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2. Pursuant to order of this Court dated 03.07.2025, learned counsel for the opposite party produced instruction dated 05.07.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per the instruction, he submitted that order of writ Court was passed on 22.04.2022, whereas, the case is being listed since 11.11.2021 for framing of charges, but till date, charges has not been framed. 4. Under such facts of the case, there is no wilful disobedience of the order of writ Court. 5. Application is disposed of with direction to District and Sessions Judge, Varanasi to mention the order of High Court while fixing the future dates to avoid any kind of confusion. 6. Applicant is directed to serve a copy of order of this Court to District and Sessions Judge, Varanasi. 7. This order shall abide by the further order passed by this Court in Application U/s 482 No. 3723 of 2022.
