For Respondent(s): No representatioin ORDER The petitioner seeks transfer of MCOP No.120 of 2021 from the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore to Sub Court, Tiruttani. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the claimants are residing at Thiruvallur, which comes under the jurisdiction of Sub Court, Tiruttani and only the counsel is residing at Vellore and the petitioner finds it difficult to travel 60 kms to attend the proceedings and therefore, the petitioner seeks for transfer. 3. I have perused the materials available on record. 4. From the records, it reveals that the claimants are residing at Thiruvallur which comes under the jurisdiction of Sub Court, Tiruttani. Therefore, I am inclined to transfer MCOP No.120 of 2021 from the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore to Sub Court, Tiruttani. 5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.1155 of 2025 is allowed and the proceedings in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 1155 of 2025 MCOP No.120 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore to Sub Court, Tiruttani and the same is transferred to Sub Court, Tiruttani. 6. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore is directed to send the entire records relating to MCOP No.120 of 2021 to Sub Court, Tiruttani forthwith. 7. On receipt of the records, the Sub Court, Tiruttani is directed to issue notice to the parties and proceed with the matter. With the above direction, petition is allowed.
