Rajanna, learned counsel for the 1st respondent appeared virtually through video conferencing. 2. On verifying the proceeding sheet, it is observed that, on 25.02.2025, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that the learned counsel representing the petitioners is no more. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notices to the petitioners. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.03.2025, it was represented that, in pursuance of the directions of this Court, notices were sent to the petitioners and the notices sent on petitioners No.1 to 4 and 6 to 9 were served but notice on petitioner No.5 was returned with an endorsement “as Refused” and this Court adjourned the matter for appearance of the petitioners to 03.04.2025. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, though notices served on the petitioners, none appeared on their behalf. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
