JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 22-08-2025 Heard Mr. Virendra Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Damodar Prasad Tiwary, the learned APP for the State. 2. This application has been filed for modification of condition ‘(i)’ mentioned in Paragraph 8 of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34785 of 2025 by this Court, whereby the petitioner was granted bail. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the conditions as contained in Paragraph 8 (i), i.e., “one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his close relative and the other shall be a local resident,” the petitioner is not able to furnish bail bonds, as the learned Court below is not accepting any other documents apart from the immovable Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57635 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 property documents, which the petitioner is not able to furnish. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of such a condition, despite bail being granted to him, he could not have been released. 5. In view of such submissions, let the condition No. (i) of Paragraph 8 of the Cr. Misc. No. 34785 of 2025 be relaxed to the extent that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be “any person known to the petitioner,” and the rest of the conditions shall remain same. 6. Accordingly, this application for modification is allowed to the aforesaid extent. manoj/- (Sourendra Pandey, J) U T
