The petitioner by means of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has assailed the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Kanpur Nagar in Case No.1348 of 2025 as well as order dated 16.11.2024 passed by the Rent Authority, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.1875 of 2024. 3. Since, petitioner has already preferred Recall Application against the order dated 22.04.2025, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the recall application. 4. Consequently, present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
