Appeal (DB) No. 965 of 2022. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that while suspending the sentence and granting the bail, direction was given to this appellant to appear and mark his attendance once in every four months till the disposal of appeal. He also submits that at first, he has marked his attendance once, but on the second occasion, as he failed to mark his attendance because he was not well enough to appear there. 3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, we direct the appellant/ petitioner to mark his attendance within 15.10.2025 before the learned Registrar, Civil Court, Godda. Thereafter, the appellant/ petitioner will mark his attendance once in every six months till the disposal of this appeal. 4. This instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
