He therefore made representation before the respondent-Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) on 25.06.2025, which is produced at page 11 to the petition as Annexure-A. 2. Since the representation dated 25.06.2025 is not decided, we direct the respondent-NIT to decide the representation dated 25.06.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the NIT within a period of one week from today. 4.
