HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 19020 of 2025 Court No. - 40 HON'BLE SARAL SRIVASTAVA, J. HON'BLE AMITABH KUMAR RAI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos.8 & 9 entered the house of the petitioner in connivance with the respondent no.2, 3 & 4 by broken the lock of the house of the petitioner. 3. From the pleadings of the writ petition, it appears that the dispute is between petitioner and private respondent nos.8 & 9 who are the members of the same family. Since the dispute is between two private parties i.e. petitioner and private respondent nos. 8 & 9, therefore, the writ petition under Article 226 is not the remedy for petitioner. The petitioner has other remedies available in law which he can avail if he is aggrieved by any illegal action of the private respondent nos. 8 & 9. 4. In such view of the fact, we did not find any merit in the writ petition, therefore, the same is dismissed with no order as to cost.
