Police officials of Varachha Police Station have produced the corpus aged about 15 years and 10 months. The corpus has voluntarily shown her willingness to accompany with her father – petitioner. The father is also present in the Court. 3. In such circumstance, considering the age of the corpus and her statement referred above, the police authority shall handover the custody of the corpus to the petitioner father. 4.
