Shukla, Senior Advocate would submit that the petitioners have challenged the interim orders passed by the Industrial Court dated 21.8.2017 & 4.9.2017, whereby the e-form of the petitioners was rejected and the matter was fixed for further hearing. Learned Senior Advocate would also submit that Case No.4/ITU Act/T/2017 has already been disposed of vide order dated 12.8.2024 and he has placed a xerox copy of the said order before the Court. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the main petition filed by the petitioners before the learned Industrial Court has already been decided, this petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. Though Shri Lav Sharma, Advocate stated that the petitioner has engaged another counsel but no one appeared for the petitioner when the matter was taken up for hearing. 4.
