disposed of at the admission stage. The contention of the petitioners is that the 7'^ respondent, who was posted as the Executive Officer of the 6*^ respondent Temple, was

2 indulging in unlawful activities and made unauthorized constructions within the premises of the Temple by misusing the Temple funds and collecting huge funds from the donors. It is further contended that the 7*'^ respondent diverted the Temple'sfunds to his personal bank accounts. The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Commissioner of Endowments the misdeeds of the 7*^ respondent through his representation dated
02.08.2024. Pursuant to the same, the enquiry was ordered to enquire into the allegations made by the petitioners against the 7^'^ respondent. It is contended that no final orders have been passed in pursuance of the enquiry that was ordered to be conducted, and no action has been taken against the 7**^ respondent.
