Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date, the minor daughters are staying in hostel at Erode and therefore, the petitioner seeks transfer of the case to Family Court, Erode. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife submits that on earlier occasion, the trial Court directed the respondent/mother visitation rights to see the children in their school. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent/wife has come forward with the fictitious. 4. On enquiry, it reveals that the now the children are under the care and custody of the revision petitioner/father and are staying in hostel at Erode. The petitioner and the respondent got divorce and still the children are under the care and custody of the revision petitioner/father of the children. The fact also reveals that after divorce, the respondent/mother of the children also got married with another man, but she wants to see her children. 5. Considering the fact that the children are studying at Erode and staying in hostel at Erode, this Court is inclined to transfer G.W.O.P.No.83 of 2025 to Family Court, Erode. Since the respondent is the mother of the children, she is permitted to see the children on every Saturday at Counselling Room, District Court at Erode. If 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 726 of 2025 Saturday is working day for the children, the respondent/mother is permitted to see her children on the next Saturday. She is entitled to see her children without causing any annoyance to the children. 6. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.726 of 2025 is allowed and the proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.83 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and the same is transfer to Family Court, Erode. 7. The Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to send the entire case records relating to GWOP No.83 of 2025 to Family Court, Erode forthwith. 8. With the above direction, the petition is allowed. No costs.
