This Court, vide order dated 19.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3937 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Govind Bhatt, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh District-Raigarh (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 17.01.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, not even single witness has been recorded and the statement of 15 prosecution witnesses have left to be examined. Due to transfer of presiding ofÏcer, the case could not be completed within stipulated time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
