The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken on the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 318 of the U.P Municipalities Act, 1916, The appeal has been filed against the action of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Ghazipur demolishing the constructions of the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 26.9.2024. The appeal is still pending. The District Magistrate, Ghazipur is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him and also consequential action in accordance with law depending on his decision on the appeal.
