:: ORDER :: Heard Sri K. Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sarath, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - II appeared for the respondents. 2. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Mangalagiri, by proceedings vide Rc.No.10/Ser.lll-B/2021, dated 19.04.2024, imposed punishment of dismissal from service against the petitioner, by exercising powers conferred under Rule 9(x) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the appellate authority-respondent No.1 on 22.06.2024. However, the appeal has not been disposed of by the appellate authority. Hence, the writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services instructions, would submit that the appellate authority - respondent No.1 will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within four months, as per the Rules. 3. on Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 22.06.2024, strictly as per the Rules, within four (04) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
