The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Second Appellate Authority, Right to Information Act, (Administration), U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Second RTI Appeal No. 28.04.2025 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter and prays that a direction be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously. 4. On the other hand, it is argued learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Second Appellate Authority, Right to Information Act, (Administration), U.P. at Lucknow to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
