Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. In spite of valid service of notice and an opportunity granted, nobody appears on behalf of the husband/opposite party. 3. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.1275 of 2023 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro. 4. It appears that the original suit has been filed by the husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage. 5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the wife/petitioner that the marriage has been solemnized in the year 2021 and they have been blessed with one daughter aged about two years who is residing with the mother. On that basis, prayer for transfer of case has been made. 6. Considering the facts that the wife has to take care of her minor daughter, I am inclined to allow the present petition. Accordingly, the Original Suit No.1275 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro. 7. The present transfer petition stands disposed of.
