Pursuant to the order dated 03.07.2025, instructions have come which are taken on record. According to instructions, the order passed in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 dated 13.02.2023 was complied on 22.12.2023 and the pillars were affixed. The completion of the proceedings has been brought on record as Annexure -1. Further in para-2 of the instructions, it has been stated that private respondent no.3- Vinod Kumar Pandey has moved a restoration application on 21.02.2023 which was dismissed on 04.10.2023, against which, a revision has been filed in which notices have been issued and 15.09.2023 has been fixed. As the matter is still pending consideration, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
