At the outset, he makes a statement that he is not pressing the prayer Clause (A). So far as prayer Clause (A1) is concerned, he submits that his grievance will be redressed, if the authorities are directed to decide the issue which is raised in prayer Clause (A1). 3. Considering the nature of controversy involved, we direct the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the issue raised in the prayer Clause (A1), within a period of eight weeks from today. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
