Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Prashant Kumar Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in a rented house where she was residing with her paramour. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner used to oppose the relationship of his wife with her paramour, due to which, she committed suicide. 5. Mr. Vibhash Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Bariatu P.S.
