ORDER Date : 15.10.2025 Heard Ms. A. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and 2; Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 and Mr. D. Nath, learned senior government advocate appearing for the respondent No. 4.
2. This writ petition was instituted praying for setting aside of the work contract for supply of “Cotton Yarn” as per the tender issued on 01.07.2024, where the petitioner had asserted that there was irregularities in the decision of the respondents to award the contract to the respondent No. 4.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up, it has been submitted by the
learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents that the supply of the item as required by the work
order has already been completed and the payment has also been made to the respondent No. 4, and in such circumstances nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.
4. By submission of both the parties, this writ petition is closed, as there remains nothing to adjudicate.
