Be that as it may, considering the fact that the suit has not been disposed over a decade, I am inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the District Munsif Court, Panruti to expedite the trial of the suit in OS. No.259 of 2015 and in any event, dispose of the same on or before 31.01.2026.
