In the decided appeal, the present application is moved by stating that after the appellant’s Counsel contacted the appellant’s family, he came to know that appellant No.(iii) namely Kailash s/o Namdeo Ade was expired on 31.07.2022 living behind his legal representatives. 2. Accordingly, the application is moved to substitute the name of appellant No.(iii) by permitting his legal representatives in the array of appellants. 3. Considering the fact that the application is filed and same is enclosed with independent affidavit of Vandana Kailash Ade and death certificate as well as Aadhar Card and Legal Heirs Certificate issued by the Talathi of village Kulsawangi. Hence, I am satisfied that legal representatives 3 caf 4245-2025.odt 2 stated in the body of application can be brought on record. 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 5. It is hereby permitted to substitute the name of applicant Nos.
