At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.24117 of 2018, the Circle Officer, Dawath, Rohtas has already passed the final order dated 26.12.2022 in Miscellaneous Case No.01 of 2022-23, whereby Patna High Court MJC No.1810 of 2022(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 and whereunder he has concluded that the land in question is raiyati land, hence in case the parties are having any dispute, they may approach the competent Civil Court having appropriate jurisdiction. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for agitating his subsisting grievances.
