The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration made by the constituted attorney of the executrix who obtained probate of the last Will and Testament dated 8th October, 2015 left behind by the deceased from the Hon’ble High Court of Justice England and Wales, Principal Registry of the Family Division on 2nd March, 2020. The application is restricted to the properties and assets of the deceased in India and has been made by the son- in-law of the deceased. Since the Will has already been probated in UK and an authenticated copy thereof is annexed to this application, the validity and genuineness of the Will is not in dispute. The legal heirs and/or heiresses in intestacy have consented in favour of the letters of administration being granted to the applicant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny and for the reasons as aforesaid, the letters of administration in terms of prayer (a) of 2 the application is granted to the applicant subject to the application furnishing a bond of Rs.10,00,000/- and two sureties.
