the self same cause of action before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition, the impugned order does not survive. APO/53/2025 along with the connected application is disposed of. We place on record the fact that we did not decide the maintainability of the writ petition as against the respondents in this proceeding.
