Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Kunti Devi who died due to asphyxia because of strangulation. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
