Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the due and outstanding salary of the petitioner from December, 2024 till date, along with any arrears and benefits;" Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 20th May, 2025 which has remained unconsidered till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 20th May, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the respondent concerned as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
