ORDER 10.03.2025 The petitioners are trying to convert a civil suit of nature of permanent prohibitory injunction to be in the form of a writ petition literally seeking writ against the private respondent No. 5 as if on the asking of the private respondent No. 5, the entire Police Administration of the District Budgam is acting against the petitioner. In the entire writ petition, there is not an iota/whisper of fact reference as to in what manner the petitioners are is being subjected to any sort of harassment by which police officer by his designation and name. The writ petition is nothing but sensationalizing and scandalizing the District Police Establishment and therefore is with bad faith and motive and hence dismissed by sparing the petitioners from suffering costs.
