Accordingly, clauses-(iii), which was reproduced in para 2, is to be read as under: “iii) alternatively it is prayed that the aforesaid land, having not vested with the government and lying unutilized as it is and having not used for the purpose for which it was acquired, it be released in favour of the petitioner.” 3.
