Sahay, A.P.P. --- 02 / 07.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhelwaghati P.S. Case No. of 25 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1577 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 365, 302, 201, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Smriti Tripathy, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Brother of the Informant went missing on 23.08.2020. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the brother of the Informant was having illicit relationship with co-accused Radhika Devi. Radhika Devi was arrested and she confessed her guilt and named this petitioner as one of the accused. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused Radhika Devi has been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Smriti Tripathy, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Bhelwaghati P.S.
