This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration is refused for non removal of office objections. It is submitted that there is a delay of 57 days in filing the application for restoration which occurred since the petitioner was not aware about the dismissal order. It is submitted that the delay is unintentional and the same be condoned. 3. Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, delay of 57 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the Government Pleader’s office library, High Court, Bench at Nagpur within two weeks from today. 4.
