The petitioners are seeking quashing of notice dated 04.04.2025 issued by Competent Authority, Bareilly Development Authority, Bareilly in purported exercise of powers under Section 26(A)(4) of U.P. Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973. By the said notice, the petitioners were granted time to file reply in relation to illegal constructions allegedly made over acquired land. 3. As the impugned notice is only in nature of show cause, therefore, no good ground is made out to quash the same. The petitioners have already replied to the notice on 21.04.2025. 4. It goes without saying that the respondent, Development Authority, will decide the objections before taking any coercive measure in pursuance of the impugned notice. 5.
