Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is running a lorry body workshop in the name and style of Sri Velu Automobiles in front of the house of the petitioner and other residents and they park the vehicles on the either side of the road leading to the house of the petitioner and other residents. Moreover, the second respondent dispose their scrap metals on the road, which hurts the legs of people. They also use gas cylinders and welding tanks to cut metals which cause suffocation and severe air pollution and also use heavy hammers to cut the metals which cause heavy noise pollution all day long. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has made a representation before the first respondent, but no order was passed. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that show cause notice was issued to the second respondent on 12.03.2025 and notice under Section 114A of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Page No.2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.20804 of 2022 Bodies Act, 1998 was also issued on 19.03.2025 and subsequently, the subject matter premises has been sealed by the first respondent on 20.03.2025. 4. Learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent would further submit that the second respondent's lorry body workshop has been shifted to some other place, in view of the objections made by the residents of the said locality. 5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 7. In the result, this writ petition stands closed.
