The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No. 08/2023, for the offences registered under Section 366 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dumka. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 22 years old daughter of the informant to accompany him with the intention to marry her. 4. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim had gone with the petitioner to Himachal Pradesh on his promise of marriage, where they were residing in a rented house as husband and wife. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Kathikund P.S.
