Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.07 dated 05.01.2025 under Section 22-C of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-21350-2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 29.04.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 29 days. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
