1. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice as contained in Memo No.184 dated 1st February, 2024 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) issued by the respondent no.4, whereby Doman Mahato (the petitioner herein) and others have been called upon to appear before the said respondent along with original document(s)/evidence(s) towards their objection with respect to measurement of premises of Ram Raj Temple, Chitahi Dham, Mouza-Tundoo, Mouza No.108.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the impugned notice dated 1st February, 2024, the petitioner represented the respondent no.4, however, the same was not

responded which has compelled him to prefer the present writ petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering that vide impugned notice dated 1st February, 2024, the petitioner and others were asked to submit the original document(s)/evidence(s) with respect to their claim over the land in question, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition at this stage.
4. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to submit the required document(s) in support of his claim over the land in question before the respondent no.4 by way of a representation. The respondent no.4 on receipt of the said representation and on verifying the relevant records as well as on providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, shall take appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with aforesaid liberty and direction.
