A short grievance of the petitioners is that the intimation letter bearing No.ST.P:IMP/60/2024-25 dated 06.01.2025 at Annexure-A has been issued without a notice having been issued to the petitioners and providing an opportunity to the petitioners to place all the documents on record. 3.
