2 1.GPF0R REVENUE The Court made the following ORAL ORDER; Heard Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Peddaraveedu Mandal (Ftespondent No.4) has unilaterally deleted the of the Writ Petitioner in the online web land Revenue record such as Adangal /Pahani and 1B Register and further insisting the Writ Petitioner to vacate from the subject land to an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Survey No.37/4A of Obulakkapalle revenue village. % name Learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 10.02.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar. Peddaraveedu. Copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. 4. Serial No. 15 of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: 15 Written Instructions (brief facts) (2 to 3 lines) (A) Regarding oraver of the petitioner to not to disposes: It is submitted that the respondents have never forced the petitioner to vacate the occupations made by the petitioner in the subject land in Sy.No.37/4 of Obulakkapalli village.
(B) Regarding suspension of operation of ilieoai mutation entries: - It is submitted that Resurvey of the lands in Obulakkapalli Village was done recently and new survey & land records were brought assigned with new land parcel number. The land covered by S.No.37/4 was assigned with L.P.No.181 and classification of the land was recorded as Vagu Poramboke. 3 It is submitted that further enquiry a reasoned order in respect of deleting the name of the petitioner in present web land will be issued after following due procedure and verification of survey records. 5. The above extract would indicate that the Respondents have never forced the Writ Petitioner to vacate from the subject land. It is also stated that a reasoned order will be passed after further enquiry and by following the due process of law and verification of the survey records. 6. Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage without going into merit in terms of the above Written Instructions. In view of the fact that the name of the Writ Petitioner has been removed unilaterally, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondent Authorities to complete the enquiry and issue Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from today. 7. Till the final Speaking Orders are passed, the Official Respondents are directed to maintain Status quo obtaining as on today as regards the possession of the Writ Petitioner. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
