The petitioner has instituted a suit for recovery of possession of the suit property. The grievance of the petitioner/plaintiff is that even pleadings are not completed in the said suit though under the Code of Civil Procedure, written statement has to be filed within a period of 90 days. 4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the civil revision, directing the Subordinate Court, Ambattur to ensure that pleadings are complete within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and issues will be framed within a period of two weeks thereafter and trial shall also be expedited and the suit in O.S.No.1672 of 2023 will be finally disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed.
