No one appears on behalf of the appellant. 3. However, learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 4. From the perusal of order sheet, it appears that in compliance of order dated 13.03.2023, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr has submitted report dated 03.04.2023 that appellant, Om Prakash has died but the Court had directed to submit fresh report after completion of enquiry regarding the death verification of the appellant. 5. As per office report dated 22.09.2025, no report has been submitted by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr. From the perusal of report dated 03.04.2023 of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr, it is clear that aforesaid report was submitted on the basis of enquiry report and on the verification of other witnesses. Therefore, there is no requirement to conduct further enquiry as the appellant, Om Prakash, has died. 6.
