Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that even though a F.I.R has been lodged against the Ex-Panchayat of Executive Officer of Jaleswar Block by the BDO, Jaleswar on 11.01.2024 under Annexure-11-Series, but no follow up action is being taken on the same. 4. Learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State contended that if even after submission of the FIR, no follow up action is being taken, Petitioners can very well approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition grants liberty to the Petitioners to move appropriate application, if no action is being taken on the FIR lodged by the BDO, Jaleswar on 11.01.2024 under Annexure-11-Series. 6.
