Mr. Rao, learned AGP, fairly submits that since the ground raised in this petition can be raised in review application, he will file appropriate application before the Tribunal. 3. He further states that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file review application. According to him, the question of delay which may arise before the Tribunal can be directed to be considered in the light of pendency of this petition before before this Court. Needless to mention that while deciding the issue of limitation, the Tribunal shall take into consideration the time spent in prosecuting the petition before this Court.
